| How do I order from Waytek? |
You can place your orders with Waytek in 5 convenient ways:
- On-line Click on "Ordering" from the menu at the left.
- Call our Sales Department at our toll free service line 800-328-2724.
- Fax your order to our 24-hour toll free fax 800-858-0319.
- E-mail us at sales@waytekwire.com.

Our business hours are from 7:30 am to
6:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday. Messages
left after hours will be promptly answered the

| How do I find your prices? |
Prices are located in our Price List, or click on "Ordering" from the menu for on-line inquiry. Please contact the Sales Department to get quotations for unlisted quantities or parts.

| What are your payment terms? |
Waytek offers open account
terms of 2% 10 Days Net 30 to approved credit.
We can also bill your Visa, Master Card, American
Express or Discover Card.
Please note: If you order on-line and have not yet established an account with Waytek, only credit card terms will be available. |
| How do I establish open account terms? |

Fax, mail, or e-mail 3 trade references and
your bank information to the attention of our
Sales Department, or contact Sales to request
a credit application. In order to efficiently
process your application, please provide the
information for your trade references in full,
including complete mailing addresses and fax
numbers, if available.

| How long does it take to process my application? |
| Depending on your credit standing and how fast your references reply, we may have you set up on open terms as quickly as the same day. The entire application process may take up to 3 weeks as dictated by further investigation, if needed, or if we are waiting for responses from your references. You are welcome to inquire on the status of your application at any time. |
| How will my order be shipped? |
| We ship via UPS, FedEx and common carrier per your request, keeping size and weight restrictions in mind. All shipments are FOB Chanhassen, MN. Because our customers are responsible for freight costs, our traffic department will always try to use the most economical means to ship your order. |
| How soon can I expect delivery on my order? |
| Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed, and you should receive your order within the usual time allowance for your location. Air freight and premium freight services are available at your request. |
| Do you have a minimum order? |
| The minimum required for each
item is 100 pieces or $5.00, whichever is less.
A small order charge of $5.00 will be added to
your total charges if the merchandise is less
than $35.00. You can combine your needs to eliminate
this charge. |
| What is the guarantee on the parts Waytek sells? |
| Waytek is committed to supplying only quality merchandise. Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all catalog items ordered from Waytek, or return within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or credit. |

| For more detail on our products, click on "Products" or "Ordering" from the menu, or refer to our latest catalog (pictured on the homepage). Otherwise, our knowledgeable Sales Department will gladly answer any additional technical questions you may have. |
| Can I order products not featured in your catalog? |
| Can't find what you need in our catalog? Waytek offers many custom services including special ordering, wire striping, custom cut terminals, and more. For more detail, contact our Sales Department at 1-800-328-2724 and a representative may be able to source what you're looking for. |
| How can I get samples of your products? |
| Contact our Sales Department with your sample request. |
| Do you have any distributors in other areas? |
| The Waytek corporate office and warehouse are centrally located near Minneapolis, MN. At this time, Waytek does not have any distributors in other areas. However, you can order direct from Waytek. |
| What is your return policy? |
| Returns are accepted on standard catalog items during the first 30 days after delivery. Please contact our Sales Department for authorization and/or instructions. |
| Whom should I contact if I have questions on my shipment or if I need to place a claim for lost or damaged materials? |
| If you have not received your order or have discovered an error or discrepancy on your order, please notify the Sales Department immediately. Our representatives will gladly assist you with any necessary actions such as tracking your order, making adjustments or replacements, or placing carrier claims on your behalf. |
| Whom should I contact regarding billing inquiries? |
| Our Credit Department will be able to help you with any billing questions you may have, provide copies of invoices, or work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies. |
