We offer five national medical plans. In addition, Waytek provides two medical plans at no cost for Employee Only coverage. Additional coverage options are available for family members. Our medical plans include coverage for primary and specialist office visits, urgent care, hospitalization, emergency services, prescription drugs, lab test, x-rays, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and an app to help with stress, anxiety, and depression.

Our dental plan covers preventive, basic and major dental services, and child orthodontic services.


Our vision plan covers exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

When eligible, employees enrolled in a high deductible health plan (HDHP) that allows individuals the ability to contribute in 2023 per IRS regulations up to $3,850 for single coverage or $7,750 for family coverage per year as a pretax deduction.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employees with medical coverage have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program. This program provides help with life’s challenges, whether it’s personal, financial, or legal concerns. The experienced and credentialed counselors can also help with marriage, mental health, grief, stress, child/elder care, substance abuse, and more.

Health Club Membership

All employees benefit from our partnership with Life Time Fitness by receiving a reduced health club membership. In addition, employees enrolled in our medical coverage can earn cost reduction towards their monthly health club membership dues at Life Time Fitness and other participating health clubs.
