Splice Pack System
Looking for a reliable and sealed solution for splicing automotive wires? Waytek’s Splice Pack System offers a weather-tight, compact, and modular way to connect and protect multiple circuits in automotive, marine, or heavy-duty electrical systems.
This sealed splice system is based on Delphi Metri-Pack 280 series technology and transforms into a secure inline mini fuse or circuit breaker holder—ideal for one to three circuit applications. A common busbar can convert the system into a sealed splicing assembly, and sealed terminals and caps provide complete environmental protection.
Each complete splice pack assembly requires:
- Connector body and cap
- Cable seals and terminals
- Cavity plugs (for unused pin locations)
- TPA (Terminal Position Assurance) to prevent pullout
- Optional extended caps for additional height and protection
Designed with locking grooves for cable ties and built to accommodate mini fuses, blade mount circuit breakers, and diodes, this system is adaptable for a wide range of circuit protection needs. For best results, ratcheting crimp tools and mounting clips are recommended for installation.
